Applying for admission is easy using our online application. We encourage families to use the online application form as it simplifies the process and provides parents a tool for tracking the status of their child’s admission after it has been submitted.
Along with the completed online application form, the following items will be required during the application process. If you do not have these items, or if your IEP or ETR are out of date, please reach out to us.
