Attend an Admission Info Session
Meeting our faculty and staff, chatting with our Principals, and touring our sensory-friendly classrooms helps parents see the true value in a JB education. We host Admissions Info Sessions throughout the school year and we encourage parents and caregivers to attend. The information presented at all sessions is the same regardless of which campus you attend. JB is proud to offer the same supports and services at all of our campuses.
2025-26 AIS Dates Coming Soon!
Applying to JB is quick and easy using our free online application. You will need your child’s birth certificate, IEP/ETR or AEP/Medical Diagnosis.
In the application, you will be asked to upload your child’s full IEP and ETR. Your application cannot be reviewed without the IEP and ETR. If you do not have these items, or if your IEP or ETR are out of date, please email admissions@jbschool.org or call 216.716.8318. Once your application is submitted in its entirety, we will schedule a review call with you.
The screening activity is a required part of the application process and will be scheduled during your Application Review Call. Screenings take place monthly (Sept. through May) at designated campuses. Our Screen Team will explore your child's academic and social abilities through developmentally-appropriate tasks to better understand their current skill set and strategies.
On average, Julie Billiart Schools will notify you of the admissions determination within two weeks of the Screening Activity.
YES - We have an immediate opening.
YES - Waitlisted at a preferred campus. We may have an immediate seat at another campus.
NO - We do not have the proper services to set your child up to succeed.
All families are eligible to apply for financial assistance. After your child has been offered enrollment to Julie Billiart Schools, you will receive the financial aid application. Assistance is on a first-come, first-served basis and is need-based.
