Take the Next Step
Just as every child is unique, so too is every child’s path to success. We measure each child’s progress based on that individual child’s IEP, goals, and academic and social growth.
Children with learning differences are often kept under a microscope for when and how they progress. Because we want the very best for our kids, we want them to feel free to learn and grow at a comfortable pace. We believe that children flourish when provided with a loving and accepting environment.
Our intervention specialists gather data and monitor growth in a warm, rewarding learning environment. Intervention specialists come alongside our onsite speech, occupational, art, and music therapists, and of course - parents - to set goals for home and school. Parents are considered an integral part of setting goals and monitoring progress. We rely on reinforcement and understanding of what’s going on in the home to adjust our instruction and therapies accordingly. This community-based approach gives each individual student the best chance to meet goals and make real, substantive progress.
A variety of assessments are used to determine each student's academic abilities. Intervention specialists and therapists monitor progress daily to help support the mastery of students' IEP goals. Assessment tools include:
