Julie Billiart School Westlake is JB’s newest campus and offers families on the West Side of Cleveland a much-needed educational option for kids with learning differences. JB Westlake students enjoy a modern, spacious school building with sensory-friendly classrooms, a large gym, therapy rooms, specially-designed quiet zones, alternate learning areas, and plenty of space to learn and play. We are conveniently located on Crocker Road, just two miles south of the family-friendly shopping and dining district, Crocker Park.
After years of careful planning, searching, and praying, we found a perfect building and location for the third JB School on Crocker Road in Westlake. In 2020, we moved into our new building and began to turn it into a highly customized space for our future students.
In August of 2021, JB Westlake opened its doors to grades K-4 and opened grades K-8 in the fall of 2022. Every detail of the school is designed to create a safe and comfortable environment for kids with learning differences.
JB Westlake offers highly personalized education to students in primary, elementary, and middle school.
It takes a village to bring a JB school to a new community, and we are grateful to the Westlake community for recognizing the need for a school like ours. Generous donors, the JB Board and administration, devoted community partners, and volunteers worked tirelessly to prepare our beautiful, newly-renovated space for use.
This next year brings many improvements to JB Westlake including, lower-level interior renovations, continued expansion of our classrooms, and many more. We will continue to make improvements to the JB Westlake building to prepare for when we open our doors to all grades. As we continue to grow, JB Westlake is excited to meet the academic, social, and emotional needs of its students.
