Financial Resources

Don’t miss out on funding that can significantly reduce the cost of Beyond Camp.

Your local County Board of Developmental Disabilities (DD) offers camp funding for eligible students, but families must request it. Based on recent funding updates, many families now receive approximately $1,000 from their County Board of DD to help cover camp costs, often offsetting a large portion of tuition.

This funding is widely available and can make a meaningful difference for families. To access it, you’ll need to complete a brief intake process, typically a simple application available on your County Board of DD’s website. If you’re unable to find the form online, a quick call to the Board’s intake department will get you started.

Act early. We strongly encourage families to contact their County Board of DD as soon as possible. Beginning the intake process by January 2026 will help ensure funding is in place for the upcoming camp season.

open-quote Julie Billiart Schools gave us hope after our daughter was diagnosed with a learning disability. At JB, she thrived in the small classes, received necessary therapies, and developed the self-confidence to ask for help when she needed it. close-quote
