Thank you for your interest in Beyond Camp. At this time, camp at all locations is full and we are in the process of evaluating those who have requested to be on our waitlist. If any availability opens up, we will re-add a link to our form.
While fun and full of social activities, this therapeutic camp is a specially designed, data-driven experience that measures growth, development, and mastery of new skills. Beyond Camp is strategically structured and staffed to help prevent summer learning loss and promote social skills and academics through community-based experiences.
By enrolling in a camp program that is designed exclusively for them, children with learning and social challenges can continue to develop positive behaviors and social skills during the summer months, while at the same time engaging in fun, age-appropriate activities. Beyond Camp helps children with unique learning and social needs including high functioning autism, ADD/ADHD, and other learning differences, build essential social, communication, and academic skills.

2024 Beyond Camp Pre-K Program
For children entering Kindergarten
9 a.m. - Noon | Monday - Thursday | Cost $1,200
2024 Beyond Camp School Age Program
For children entering grades 1-9
9 a.m. - 3 p.m. | Monday - Friday | Cost - $2,100
Registration opens Monday, January 22, 2024, and will remain open until we reach our capacity. Families are welcome to pay the total cost of camp upon registration or pay in two installments.
BCK (Pre-K) Program - Total Cost of $1,200
Beyond Camp Program - Total Cost of $2,100
Fifty percent of the total cost is due on or before March 31, 2024. If registering after March 31, fifty percent is due upon registration. The remaining fifty percent is due on or before May 31, 2024.
All payments received after April 1, 2024 are non-refundable. The full cost of camp, including any notification of financial aid awards, must be received by May 31, 2024. Those who are delinquent in payment will not be able to attend BCK or Beyond Camp.
Outside funding may be available for camp from the agencies listed under "Assistance". If you receive funding from an agency, you will need to follow their guidelines for applying for assistance. The agencies will advise Julie Billiart Schools of any award. After receiving notification, Julie Billiart Schools will make adjustments to your account.
Payments will be made through our new camp software. We will send you additional details upon registration.
The Autism Scholarship may not help cover the cost of camp this year, as the Scholarship amount is not announced until summer. If remaining funds are available to apply toward camp, families can request an authorization form.
Applying for county funding is the BEST option for receiving assistance. We encourage ALL families seeking financial assistance to apply for county funds ASAP.
We recommend families apply for financial assistance through local support programs ASAP. Please apply before committing to Beyond Camp.
In past years, most families who have applied for these programs received up to $1,000 in direct camp assistance. Call your local office to request financial assistance for camp services. If a referral is required, please contact 216-691-8916.
