They have all the resources necessary, specialized to the individual learning of each child, and the heart that goes with it. I don't think we would have stayed in Ohio if it wasn't for JB!

Take the Next Step
Through generous gifts from individuals and community partners, we’re able to offer over $1M per year in need-based financial aid to families who demonstrate a clear need.
Our mission of educating and empowering children with learning differences extends to children from all backgrounds. We could not possibly offer this financial aid without the ongoing support of our donors. If you’re interested in giving a one-time or recurring gift that provides financial aid to families in need, click here.
Financial aid is available as a result of the generosity of our donors and can help cover the gap between the full cost of tuition and the amount a family receives from a scholarship. Scholarships, on the other hand, are provided by state funding and can fund a significant portion of tuition costs.
Julie Billiart Schools is a provider of two Ohio Department of Education scholarships - the Autism Scholarship and the Jon Peterson Scholarship. Depending on eligibility, families should first apply for one of these scholarships, as they often cover a large percentage of tuition. After completing a scholarship application, families who may struggle to cover the full remaining difference are eligible to apply for additional financial aid as needed.
To help our team objectively assess what each family is able to contribute toward tuition and fees. We use a confidential third-party system that families can use to submit financial aid applications. Julie Billiart Schools reviews completed financial aid applications in the order in which they are received and determines eligibility for aid.
After your child has been accepted into Julie Billiart Schools and a spot is available for him/her, we will share the link to the financial aid application as part of the enrollment process.
When making decisions about tuition assistance, our independent Financial Aid Committee critically assesses each applicant’s analysis of the family's estimated contribution. The Committee takes into account the family analysis, our total financial aid budget, our schools’ policies and procedures, and the needs of our entire applicant pool. Please note that financial aid decisions and awards are separate from admissions decisions and involve a separate application process.
Julie Billiart Schools welcomes students, staff, and Board members of all ages, races, colors, religions, nationalities, genders, sexual orientation, gender identity, handicap, national or ethnic origins to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities made available at the Schools. Julie Billiart Schools does not discriminate in administration of its education or admission policies, hiring practices, tuition assistance or other school administered programs.
