Beyond Camp

Beyond your Basic Summer Camp

Beyond Camp will be held this year from July 6th to July 31st.

Give your child a one-of-a-kind camp experience this summer with Julie Billiart Schools' award-winning Beyond Camp. Beyond Camp is strategically structured and staffed to help prevent summer learning loss and promote social skills and academics through community-based experiences.

Our Beyond Camp is led by a team of highly experienced intervention specialists, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and a speech/language pathologistWhile fun and full of social activities, this therapeutic camp is a specially designed, data-driven experience that measures growth, development, and mastery of new skills.

By enrolling in a camp program that is designed exclusively for them, children with learning and social challenges can continue to develop positive behaviors and social skills during the summer months, while at the same time engaging in fun, age-appropriate activities. Beyond Camp helps children with unique learning and social needs including high functioning autism, ADD/ADHD, and other learning differences, build essential social, communication, and academic skills.
During this four-week summer adventure, campers will:

• Develop social skills including perspective-taking and emotional regulation, while also generalizing newly developed skills within various social settings.
• Express themselves creatively through exercise, cooking, writing, art, STEM activities, music, and sports.
• Combat summer learning loss through academic-boosting activities.

Financial Resources
Due to a dramatic price reduction, Julie Billiart Schools will not offer financial aid this year. We HIGHLY recommend families apply for financial assistance through local support programs. In past years, most families who have applied for these programs received up to $1,000 in direct camp assistance. Call your local office to request financial assistance for camp services. If a referral is required,
please contact 216-381-1191 ext. 208.
