Hello and welcome to JB Lyndhurst! Julie Billiart Schools as we know it started here, and it’s an honor to be a part of JB’s rich history of educating and empowering children.
Before moving into administration and becoming the Principal of JB Lyndhurst, I spent more than nine years in special education. I am honored to be in this role and can’t wait to continue to build on the foundation created here.
JB Lyndhurst is not just a building. It’s a close-knit community where kids have the room to be themselves, and where parents know that they are part of the learning process. At JB Lyndhurst, everyone pitches in to make each child’s learning experience a positive one.

Chris McCloskey earned his undergraduate degree in Business Marketing from Cleveland State University and entered the corporate world before realizing that education was his true calling. He went back to school and completed his masters in Education from Notre Dame College and joined the JB Family in 2013 as Intervention Specialist for fifth and sixth grades. He passion for helping others continued to grow into a leadership position when he became the Principal of JB Lyndhurst in 2022. Chris lives in Concord Township with his wife, Kelly and children, Cam and Quinn and their dog Dexter - who sometimes joins Principal McCloskey at JBL.
