Lyndhurst, Ohio June 24, 2024 – Julie Billiart Schools has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2024 honor by Cleveland.com and The Plain Dealer Top Workplaces. This marks the fifth consecutive award for the growing organization. This list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling respected & supported, enabled to grow, and empowered to execute, to name a few.
“I am so incredibly proud of the entire Julie Billiart Schools organization,” said Lannie Davis-Frecker, President and CEO of Julie Billiart Schools. “We are in a season of growth with the expansion to our fourth school. During growth, it is important to make sure you are adding the right people to your team. Knowing our employees feel respected and valued is so incredibly important. Their positivity absolutely reflects in the incredible work we do for our kids.”
“We are, and have been, committed to the growth, support, and success of each and every one of our employees,” said Jodi Johnston, Chief Schools Officer. “We have conversations every day about how important it is for our students to be heard and feel valued, and we feel that starts with the teachers. We empower our staff so they can empower our students. We are grateful to receive this honor for the fifth consecutive year and can’t wait to see the amazing culture we’ve built continue to thrive for years to come.”
“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Erica Rubino, Energage CEO. “That's something to be proud of in today's market. Leaders that allow employees to have a voice and be heard are paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
