Lyndhurst, Ohio May 22, 2023 - Julie Billiart (JB) Schools has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2023 honor by cleveland.com and The Plain Dealer Top Workplaces. This is the fourth consecutive Top Workplaces award for JB. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That's something to be proud of. In today's market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That's paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
Julie Billiart Schools employs more than 120 full-time and part-time employees including intervention specialists, therapists, specialists, and administrators. JB has campuses in Akron, Lyndhurst, and Westlake, and will open a campus in Brecksville in 2024. As a constantly growing organization, Lannie Davis-Frecker, President and CEO, believes that recruiting and retaining quality teachers, faculty and staff will be of the most critical factor to growth.

Julie Billiart Schools strive to build self-confidence, inspire Christian values, and empower students with skills, knowledge, and enthusiasm for life-long learning.
