2020 Gala Will Be Held Virtually

As a result of growing concerns for the health of our community in light of COVID-19, we have decided to offer our Celebrate Gala in an online, virtual format. Rather than a live gathering on April 25, 2020, we will gather together online.

There will still be a Live Auction with some terrific packages, as well as our annual Fund-A-Need. The date of the virtual event is still being determined, but we will certainly keep the JB community updated once the exact date has been confirmed. The Celebrate Gala raises funds that directly benefit our students’ JB experiences.

Proceeds are used to support tuition assistance, ongoing professional development, and to create the learning environments that help our students succeed. The need to support our children hasn’t changed. In fact, our need has increased to provide financial tuition assistance to those families who qualify for aid during these unprecedented times.

We are extremely grateful to have so many generous sponsors this year, including our presenting sponsor, Cedar Brook Group. We are committed to providing all of our sponsors with ongoing exposure and recognition on our website, in our marketing materials, and on social media.

We hope that you will join us online to celebrate the children of Julie Billiart Schools. We will be sending out a link to access the virtual event and we encourage you to share the link with others. With the help and dedication of the JB community, we are confident that we can still raise the funds that are needed to support our incredible students in both Lyndhurst and Akron.
