Julie Billiart Schools has been awarded the Top Workplaces 2026 honor by cleveland.com and The Plain Dealer for the seventh year in a row.
This recognition is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience, including to what degree employees feel respected & supported, enabled to grow, and empowered to execute.
“I’m proud that Julie Billiart Schools has earned this recognition for a seventh consecutive year,” said President and CEO Lannie Davis-Frecker. “Feedback from our faculty and staff is so important to our success as a network and in turn, this sets our students up to succeed, grow and thrive.”
Now with four campuses operating at full capacity, Julie Billiart Schools finished the 2025-26 with 51 new hires, a record number of students enrolled and a record percentage of families returning (95%). Heading into the 2026-27 year, JB boasts a 90% faculty and staff retention rate.
“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That's something to be proud of. Leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That's paramount.”
