Celebrating Six Straight Years as a Top Workplace in Northeast Ohio

For the sixth consecutive year, Julie Billiart Schools has been named a Top Workplace in Northeast Ohio by cleveland.com and The Plain Dealer.

The award is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement partner Energage, LLC. The confidential survey measures the employee experience including employees feeling respected and supported, growth opportunities, and empowerment.

Julie Billiart Schools made over 40 new hires in the 2024-25 school year and boasts a staff retention rate of over 90%.
