Lyndhurst, Ohio June 27, 2021 - Julie Billiart Schools has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2021 honor by The Plain Dealer Top Workplaces. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

"During this very challenging time, Top Workplaces has proven to be a beacon of light for organizations, as well as a sign of resiliency and strong business performance," said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. "When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward. Top Workplaces draw on real-time insights into what works best for their organization, so they can make informed decisions that have a positive impact on their people and their business."

"We are grateful for an award that acknowledges the tireless work of our amazing faculty and staff. This year has certainly been challenging for schools across the country, but because of our team, we have been able to stay open all year and offer our students an in-person education," said Lannie Davis-Frecker, President/CEO of Julie Billiart Schools. "We always have been and always will remain a mission-based organization. Every member of our faculty and staff truly embodies what it means to be part of the JB family and carry those values into everything that they do. All three of our campuses are actively recruiting for a variety of positions, and as we continue to grow we are looking for those same qualities in every person we bring onto the team."

With locations in Akron, Lyndhurst, and Westlake, Julie Billiart Schools strive to build self-confidence, inspire Christian values and empower students with skills, knowledge, and enthusiasm for life-long learning. We serve students in grades K-8 with unique learning and social needs including mild to moderate autism, ADD/ADHD, dyslexia, and other differences.

open-quote Julie Billiart Schools gave us hope after our daughter was diagnosed with a learning disability. At JB, she thrived in the small classes, received necessary therapies, and developed the self-confidence to ask for help when she needed it. close-quote
