Virtual Celebrate Gala A Success

We would like to sincerely thank everyone who participated in our virtual Celebrate Gala this year! Although the format of our Gala had to change out of our deepest respect for the health and safety of our guests, our goal remained the same.

The Celebrate Gala raises funds that directly benefit our students’ JB experiences. Proceeds are used to support tuition assistance, ongoing professional development, and to create the learning environments that help our students succeed.

From May 28th-May 31st, JB faculty, staff, parents, friends, and donors gathered together online. With 10 auction items and many generous donations, Julie Billiart Schools successfully achieved our fundraising goal for the year.

“The Gala is our annual opportunity to celebrate our amazing students with our JB community,” states Anne Jarrad, Director of Advancement for Julie Billiart Schools. “Even though we couldn’t be together in person, we are so incredibly grateful for the overwhelming generosity of our friends, families and businesses that made our event a tremendous success. Thank you for your belief in and generous support of our JB mission.”

We would like to extend our appreciation to our presenting sponsor, Cedar Brook Group, and to all of our sponsors. We would also like to thank our terrific Chairs, Anthony Ianiro and Angela Spitalieri Ianiro, for their dedication to making this virtual event possible.

While we are so grateful for the success of this year’s virtual event, we look forward to the return of an in-person gathering in the spring of 2021!
