Take the Next Step
We are thrilled to welcome you and your child to the JB Family. This page has a number of important forms and documents that you'll need to review and complete prior to your child's first day of school. Please complete as much as you can prior to your scheduled Parent/Guardian Orientation.
1. Complete the appropriate scholarship application below. Prior to enrollment, you'll need to complete an application for either the Jon Peterson Special Needs Scholarship Program or the Autism Scholarship Program. If you have questions, please call 216-716-8318.
2. Return your completed scholarship application and proof of address to admissions@jbschool.org or drop them off at your campus.
3. Print, review, and return all other documents listed below to your school at your scheduled acceptance meeting.
4. Review other school resources like the handbook, and order uniforms and spiritwear.
