Julie Billiart Schools is seeking a dynamic, highly-motivated Marketing and Admissions Coordinator to join the Central Office Team. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone looking to grow their career. The Marketing and Admissions Coordinator will report to the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for day-to-day operations that generate and nurture leads, increase brand awareness, and communicate the value of Julie Billiart Schools. The Marketing and Admissions Coordinator will be responsible for network-wide social media, email campaigns, content creation, event research and preparation, and other tactics.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute strategies that generate, nurture, and track new leads for our schools in Akron, Lyndhurst, Westlake, and Brecksville
• Connect daily with potential JB families via various platforms (inbound calls and emails) and maintain proper follow up communications
• Develop and update marketing materials (including blog posts, printed materials, news articles, etc.) to help grow the organization and communicate value
• Create design-based materials as needed for Admissions (presentations, fliers, graphics, stationery, printed and digital collateral)
• Contribute to the Julie Billiart Schools’ website
• Manage the daily posting, engagement, and assessment of all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and for 4+ schools) and monitor brand presence
• Manage the design, inventory, and distribution of JB-branded materials and merchandise
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our JB admission process, services, and programs
• Act as an ambassador for JB at internal and external events and manage pre and post event communications (some weekends and evenings required)
• Maintain an accurate record of inquires and communications via student information system
• Work closely with Admissions Officer to update prospective family database
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
• Experience contributing to marketing plans and creating marketing materials for a variety of audiences
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
• Highly-motivated self starter who can quickly learn the current JB marketing landscape
• Understanding of social media platforms and trends required
• Customer service experience a plus
• Belief and commitment to the JB way and mission and to embracing the Sisters of Notre Dame’s philosophies and teachings
