Financial Aid Resources

Julie Billiart School has always had a mission to teach and inspire children regardless of financial circumstances. 100% of our students receive financial aid.

We know financial aid can be a time-consuming and somewhat confusing process, so we will help you with the process. You just have to fill out the forms and we'll do the rest.

The following scholarships and tuition payment plans are available upon approval:

THE JON PETERSON SPECIAL NEEDS SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM (JPSN) gives the parents of children with disabilities the choice to send their child to special education programs other than the one operated by their school district. A child who has been identified as having a disability and has a current, finalized Individualized Education Plan (IEP) from his/her district of residence is eligible to apply.

THE AUTISM SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM (ASP) gives the parents of children with autism who qualify for a scholarship the choice to send the child to a special education program other than the one operated by the school district of residence. A student who has been identified as a child with autism and has a current, formalized IEP with the district of residence is eligible for the Autism Scholarship.

THE EDUCATION CHOICE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM (EDCHOICE) provides up to 60,000 state-funded scholarships to students who attend low-performing public school buildings. The scholarship must be used to attend a private school that meets requirements for program participation.

DIOCESE OF CLEVELAND CATHOLIC SCHOOLS STUDENT AID is available at the Diocesan level and, often, locally through schools and parishes. An independent company, Private School Aid Service (PSAS), is used for the financial review. The funding, however, comes from Diocesan donors, not from PSAS. Students in grades K-12 are eligible to apply and be considered.

JULIE BILLIART SCHOOL SUNFLOWER DONORS are individuals or foundations that sponsor a student's tuition.

THE SMART TUITION PAYMENT PROGRAM allows families to establish flexible tuition payment plans. More info at www.parent.smarttuition.com
