Plan A Visit

The best way to discover Julie Billiart Schools is to attend one of our scheduled Interested Parent Open Houses. Learn more about our programs, onsite therapies, and see, first hand, our students and staff interacting in a classroom setting. Open Houses include a campus tour, classroom visits and, of course, the opportunity to ask questions and talk with teachers and administrators. Please feel free to attend an Interested Parent Open House on a date most convenient for you. Regardless of which campus  you are interested in, you will experience the same nurturing and accepting learning environment in either location.

Apply

Applying for admission is easy using our online application. We encourage families to use the online application form as it simplifies the process and provides parents a tool for tracking the status of their child’s admission after it has been submitted.

Along with the completed online application form, the following items will be required during the application process:

• $50 Nonrefundable Application Fee

   • Individualized Education Plan

• Birth Certificate

   • Psychological Evaluation (if applicable)

• Current Teacher Forms

   • Student Photo

• Evaluation Team Report

Shadow

We will contact you to schedule a shadow day(s) if your child’s admission packet indicates that we may be able to meet their learning and/or social needs AND if there is a spot available in the appropriate grade level. If a spot is not available at that time, you will be notified that your child’s name has been placed on a waiting list. During the shadow experience, classroom teachers will further evaluate your child’s learning style along with their academic, social, and behavioral needs to determine if the services and programming available at Julie Billiart Schools will meet their needs.

Enroll

You will receive a phone call within a week after a shadow day from the school Principal indicating that your child is eligible for enrollment or that we are unable to meet their needs at this time.
